Typically a monthly retainer with a small percentage cut of growth generated by board advisor and/or equity, but let's chat about options.
Assessments resulting in Action Plans
Assessments of a particular part of your business in Governance, Optimization, or Digitization. We will work with you to clearly define the scope, objectives, and specific deliverables and outcomes and then move smartly. Our approach is different in that we will give you real time awareness of our progress, current thinking around what we see, and early views of next steps as we go. We believe in transparency and real-time collaboration to enable quick decision making and no surprises.
We prefer a fixed price engagement. No confusion, no tracking hours - just progress, and clear objectives. If you prefer a more fluid engagement, we can engage in a weekly or daily rate. Regardless, let's talk.
Consulting Engagement
If you aren't prepared to have an advisor or are not sure yet what your biggest problems to tackle are, we can engage with you quickly. Let us set up a small or large consulting agreement with you to work collaboratively together to see where opportunities lie in improving your business.
Typically, we engage on a daily or hourly rate, but let's shape something together.
